Vela Dining
Vela Dining is one of Sparkling & Co’s gastronomic ventures. Located in Cabarita Park on d’Albora Marina, this stunning venue offers uninterrupted 270° water views of Sydney Harbour and Parramatta River. Just a short 25 minute trip from Sydney’s CBD, or Parramatta, Vela Dining can be accessed with a scenic ferry trip, by boat, with public mooring available, bus, or by car with ample parking on site.
Whether you’re enjoying a casual lunch, a decadent dining experience at or celebrating an occasion to remember, Vela Dining is the perfect venue for your next culinary outing.
Vela Bar
This Contemporary alfresco Bar offers a variety of Tapas items with sumptuous seafood, delicious cocktails and uninterrupted water views. The perfect spot to watch the sunset over Parramatta River while indulging on freshly shucked Oysters and your choice of refreshing beverages.
Vela Bar also caters for Groups or private events. An idyllic location to celebrate your next occasion. With tailor made packages to suit any event or budget.
Sanders Kiosk
This iconic heritage listed kiosk is open 7 days a week and offers the perfect food to enjoy in the beautiful Cabarita Parklands, or out on the Harbour. But don’t let the word “Kiosk” fool you, as with all Sparkling & Co’s venues, the food at Sanders is prepared with the finest ingredients and a dedication to flavour.
Sanders also offers a unique catering service which is available via prior arrangement for on board catering as well as picnic hampers which can be enjoyed in the picture perfect Cabarita Park or at a location of your choice.
